Intro to CrossFit Program


When you're interested in CrossFit, but not really sure where to start.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout to give you a feel for what you might experience in a typical CrossFit WOD (aka Workout of the Day).
After you finish your Foundations classes, you graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
*Semi-private classes are coordinated with a coach to fit your schedule.
